Another Syphon Demo...

Before we move on to our next brew device (the Aeropress) we will be holding one last Syphon demo on Wednesday the 13th of April at 12pm.

The demonstration will give an overview of Syphon brewing as well as our basic recipe for brewing Syphon including parameters for grind, dose, steep time and stirring. The session finishes with a tasting.

Our brew demonstrations are free however places are limited and booking is essential. Bookings can be made here or by calling on 9280 4204.

Coffee Syphon Brew Demonstration - This Saturday

We will be starting our demonstration program with the coffee syphon. We will have two sessions this Saturday (9am and 12pm) were we will run through our process for making syphon coffee.

Our demonstrations are free, however places are limited and bookings need to be made to ensure your spot. Please Contact Us with any questions you may have.

Brew Demonstrations and Public Cuppings Coming Soon!

We will very shortly be launching our coffee education and demonstration program. We will be starting with brew demonstrations (on things like the Syphon and Aeropress), moving on to public cuppings then expanding from there.

Time Out Sydney's Essential 50 Cafe Experiences

Nice little article in Time Out, included as one of the Essential 50 Cafe Experiences. There is one small problem, the article implies we are serving Pour-Overs at the bar however we are currently serving Aeropress for our light roasts, we only use pour-overs in our demonstrations.
